Therefore keeping in view their importance I will tell you how these food items are important for our health and what their caloric and nutritive value is. 1. Eggs Eggs are most commonly used food item in our daily life. It is found that 200 grams of eggs contains 300 calories of energy, 24 grams of proteins, 22 grams of fats, zero carbohydrates and 150 grams of water. Eggs also contains some important vitamins like A, B1, B2 and Niacin. 2. Chicken (Roast)
